Tony Nocita



Tony Nocita has had an illustrious soccer career as a player, coach and builder of the game of soccer in Manitoba. As a player, Tony competed for the Canadian National Team in various qualifying tours and exhibition games and has eight official Canadian Men's National Team caps. He also played in the Canadian Soccer League as a member of the Winnipeg Fury, becoming their first ever draft choice and for the Hamilton Steelers Soccer Club.

Tony has since transitioned to coaching where he has helped coach at the Youth National and Provincial levels, as well as for the Sons of Italy/Winnipeg Lions in the Manitoba Major Soccer League.

Tony was also the founder and owner of the Soccer Spectrum Indoor Soccer Facility, one of the first indoor facilities in the province.
